  • If pocket money is waiting on a parent, or some was held back on pay day, the Kid Portal now says so.
  • If your trial ends without a subscription, Quiddo may ask what held you back. Your answer helps us improve it.

Update:

  • Invited to join a family? Your invitations now show up first when you sign up, so you can join straight away or set up your own.

  • Tap the ? on a screen for a guide to it, or open Help & guides in Settings.
  • New parents can tell us how they heard about Quiddo when they sign up. It's optional.

Update:

  • Pocket money status is more accurate: jobs still due today no longer mark a kid as at risk, and monthly and one-off jobs only count on the days they're due.
  • Your kid's Quiddo page shows just today's jobs, in your kid's own currency, with excused and sent-back jobs clearly marked.
  • The family screen shows only today's jobs, and no longer fails to load after a job is excused.
  • Add another kid any time from the Family tab.
  • Tidier screens: bold text uses Quiddo's own fonts on Android, buttons stay clear of the navigation bar, and Stats opens on the current week.

Update:

  • Parents can assign an on-demand task to a kid for the day with Assign Today, and mark it completed straight away
  • Each on-demand task can only be taken by one kid per day
  • The "Up for grabs" label now hides once someone has claimed the task

Update:

  • Marking a one-off task done now locks the button while it saves and immediately shows it as completed.
  • A completed one-off shows "Completed on" with the date, with an option to mark it as not done.

Update:

  • Mark one-off tasks as done straight from a kid's Tasks tab, including one-off tasks that don't have a set date.
  • A dateless one-off can be ticked off on any day, and locks to the day it's first completed.
  • One-off tasks now show their scheduled day, so it's clear when they can be marked done.

In this version

  • Finished a paid task? Now choose which savings bucket the reward goes into, and see it land in that bucket's history with a running balance.
  • Tidied up the home screen by removing the pocket money catch-up popup.
  • Update prompts are clearer, showing you what's new before you update.
  • The family screen now works properly in landscape.
